Description
This training puts you into a position to convert classic seminar concepts into blended learning scenarios or to establish new concepts and successfully implement them.

Target group
Lecturers and trainers and other teaching staff as well as persons who have already gained experience in the concept design and development of educational measures.

Content overview

• Theoretical basics of “blended learning”
• Features of learning and communication processes based on media
• Workflow for the systematic ongoing development of blended learning methods
• Types of media and methods suitable for blended learning
• Analysis and evaluation of blended learning scenarios based on didactic, technical and economic criteria
• Verifying and appraising seminar concepts and content regarding their suitability for use in blended learning scenarios based on didactic and economic criteria
• Development of a blended learning scenario by the participants with continuing coaching during the individual concept finding steps by the seminar leader

Time required
The training is conducted as blended learning process and runs over a period of about 12 weeks. The weekly time required is about 3-4 hours.
     
Procedure
The participants experience a blended learning process from the perspective of a trainee and will be acquainted with useful media and methods. This helps them to better understand the challenges of blended learning process and to take this knowledge into account when they develop such concepts at a later stage. While the emphasis in the first phase lies on gaining know-how in the area of blended learning and handling the learning platform the second phase primarily deals with the analysis of existing training processes and the concept development and realisation of your own programs. An experienced tutor from Qualitus will coach you through all learning phases.

Certification
Qualitus GmbH issues a confirmation of participation. Optionally a certificate can be issued by an external institution (university) after passing a final examination.
